Network Operations Centers

FastIraq maintains Network Operations Centers (NOCs) in Baghdad, Erbil and in Florida in the United States. FastIraq’s NOCs provide 24/7 network monitoring to ensure that the network is meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) minimum thresholds of performance. Each NOC is staffed with experienced network engineers who utilize the latest tools and best business practices to meet SLA requirements.

Each NOC is in a highly secured location with 24/7 Security Guard and Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) coverage. FastIraq’s Corporate Security Officer ensures that only those employees with a need to access the NOC by proactively managing the access roster and enforcing strict key control.

FastIraq NOCs are equipped with fully functioning (Heating Ventilation Air Conditioning) systems, HALON fire suppression systems, 12 hour Universal Power Supply (UPS) and secondary electrical generators with indefinite run-time to ensure IT service management continuity.
